Yoga and MeditationThrough yoga and meditation we become present in the body, in the mind and in our surroundings. The body becomes stronger and more balanced. Our thoughts calm down and focused awareness becomes a natural state of mind. Practising yoga is no guarantee for eternal peace. The experiences and problems of daily life will always affect us, but yoga makes it easier for us to find inner peace and clarity again. The Ananda Mandala Retreats include both the basic methods contained in yoga and meditation and the more advanced. Yoga poses - for wellbeing in body and mind.
